  • Cardio Fitness Dance, Ages 16+
    When:  Wednesdays 5:15PM-6:15PM, January 10th – March 14th
    Where:  Robert Lee YMCA

    What: Get a great cardio workout while dancing to popular music and having a whole lot of fun! You’ll sweat, groove and most importantly, move as you learn new choreography and practice regular routines.
    Cardio dance is also a great way to improve coordination and memory through inspiring choreography and moves, some original and some from popular pop-culture dance routines! All levels welcome, the only requirement is loving to dance!

  • STRONG by ZUMBA®
    When: February start
    Where: TBA
    What: STRONG by Zumba® is a revolutionary high-intensity workout where every move is synced to a beat, pushing you harder to give it everything you’ve got, and then some. Be prepared to sweat!


  • Fun, Femme, Fierce Fitness, Ages 14+, childcare available
    When: February start, 85 minutes per class, weekly drop-in series
    Where: TBA
    What: Banish winter blues and shake off school, work and life stress in the company of fabulous, friendly, fun-loving company. Build your strength, fitness, martial arts, agility and dance confidence while building one another up through the very best power ballads and pop pump-up tracks. We will be doing some body weight resistance exercises and no weight lifting. Dressing up or coming straight from work in alternative work out clothes and accessories such as skirts and boots welcomed. All bodies and abilities are embraced and accommodated as best as currently possible. Please email or call for further accessibility inquiries and requests.


  • Dancing in the Dark, Ages 18+
    When: March start, 90 minute sessions, 1-2 times/month
    Where: TBA
    What: Explore dance and movement in a space for expression and stress release. Lights are dimmed, mirrors are covered, phones and cameras are put away in a substance use-abstaining, supportive and safe(-r) setting. Find room for freedom of being just as one is and can be with a compassionate bunch of individuals. Eclectic music sets the soundtrack of the session, ranging from old jazz hits to Top 40 to R&B to global beats without borders. Attendance capped at 40 participants. Partial proceeds to frontline communities and reparations, TBD.
    *In search of a suitable facility, preferably low-cost, low-barriered. Please send me an email if you offer such a home for these sessions.*
